Requirements to Join Elena’s Piano Studio
- Regular and open access to an instrument to practice on. Students MUST have access to their instrument EVERY DAY (travel exempt) regardless the reality of their practicing habits.
- A once-a-semester $10 fee for studio materials such as sheet music, printing materials, student binders, and more. $5 for each additional student from the same household.
- A signed commitment to all the below policies. IF THE STUDENT IS A CHILD they will need a parent/guardian to sign.
FREE Evaluation Lesson
If you are interested in a FREE Evaluation Lesson, fill out the contact form here. Before we begin lessons, or any kind of commitment to the studio, there is a free evaluation lesson. This is to determine if my studio is the best fit for you, and you are a good fit for my studio.
If you are a beginner, no problem! We’ll use this time to get to know each other a little bit, share expectations, and for me to provide a brief introduction to the piano.
If you are transferring from a different teacher or is coming back to the piano after a break, the process will be similar. I will ask that you be prepared to play something for me, and to bring whatever materials your previous teacher used so we can create a game plan if we decide to move forward.
